Free Dubai visa and moving tools

These tools organise, calculate and route. They do not submit applications or read government records, and the relocation planner uses only the figures you enter.

What the tools do with your information

The tools are designed to answer planning questions without pretending to access a government database. The pathway checker turns broad facts into a verification route. The status router sends you to GDRFA or ICP. The date, document, visa-fee and relocation-budget tools help you inspect your own plan. My Visa Journey stores selected tasks in the browser you are using.

None of these tools needs a passport scan, Emirates ID, full application reference or payment-card details. Official status checks happen on the authority's website. If a form outside this site asks for sensitive information, inspect its domain and privacy terms before continuing.

A useful result should remain inspectable. The fee planners show the numbers entered, the stay calculator shows the dates counted, and the photo checker reports measurable file properties. None produces a hidden risk score or approval percentage. If an input changes, run the tool again and compare the result with the official record.

Checks that prevent the common mistakes

  • Use a private device when saving a journey and delete the local record when it is no longer needed.
  • Treat calculated dates as a cross-check, then compare them with the issued permission and official movement record.
  • Enter each fee component separately so a provider deposit or service charge is not mistaken for a government fee.
  • Use the status router to find the authority, then enter identifiers only on that authority's verified domain.
