Why this site exists

A person searching for a “Dubai visa” can encounter federal services, Dubai-specific services, airline conditions, commercial agents and advice written for a different passport. A person moving to Dubai also encounters separate employment, tenancy, utility, school, insurance and tax systems. The result is often a confident answer with the wrong scope. We built this site to make the scope, dependency and responsible body visible.

We do not claim more authority than the sources we cite. Our work is to organise, compare and explain those sources in plain English, highlight uncertainty and provide a direct official next step.

How the site is funded

Core information and official links are free. We sell optional relocation products containing editable planning documents, timelines and checklists. Purchasing one does not change the information you receive and cannot affect an immigration decision.

Future affiliate or sponsored relationships, if any, will be labelled and kept out of eligibility logic. We do not sell personal tracker data.

A global English edition

The main site is designed for travellers worldwide. We do not infer passport eligibility from a reader's location, browser or departure country, and we do not send visitors to different answers through automatic country redirects. Passport or travel-document class comes first; residence documents are treated as separate facts when a specific official rule recognises them.

The initial passport guides cover only cases where we completed a distinct evidence review. That small number is deliberate. We would rather route another traveller to the current official list than manufacture country pages from a template and risk applying the wrong conditions.

How a guide is assembled

We start with the service owner and scope, extract the decision-changing facts, note the retrieval date and compare secondary operational guidance only where it adds provider context. A relocation guide can draw on GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, Dubai Land Department, DEWA, DHA, KHDA, RTA or the Federal Tax Authority, depending on the question. The published guide must state its boundary and where the reader should verify the answer.

Tools are built around the same boundary. They can count, compare, organise and route. They do not imitate access to private government records or ask for identity documents that are not needed for their function.
