Email hello@dubaivisaprocess.com with the page URL, disputed statement, source you believe controls it and the date you checked. Do not include passport numbers, scans, Emirates IDs or application references.

How we respond

  • Acknowledge credible reports and assess the primary source.
  • Remove or qualify a potentially harmful statement while evidence is unresolved.
  • Update all pages and product files that reuse a corrected claim.
  • Record material meaning changes below with the evidence date.

14 September 2026 - Interactive Move Planner workspace. Entitled buyers can edit and revisit six sourced modules (visa, job, budget, home, school, first 30 days) at /app. Plan JSON is stored against a hash of the checkout email. Passport numbers, Emirates IDs and bank details are refused.

14 September 2026 - Move Planner workspace sign-in. Buyers can request a magic link or six-digit code with the checkout email and open a protected /app workspace once an active Move Planner Pro or bundle entitlement is on file.

14 September 2026 - Tool result emails now send through AgentMail. Optional one-off copies use the live hello@dubaivisaprocess.com inbox when configured. Planning figures are still not stored after sending.

14 September 2026 - Free tool email copies and four planning tools. Added an optional one-off email of a tool summary, plus renting-cost, job-offer sketch, family-readiness and first-30-days lite tools. No identity documents are collected.

10 September 2026 - Official source URLs. Updated UAE Government residence and private-sector employment source links after the previous paths returned 404.

9 September 2026 - Self-sponsored residence routes. Added separate Dubai guides for virtual work, retirement and Green residence after checking the current GDRFA and UAE Government services.

4 September 2026 - Regional product catalogue. Replaced the public PDF sample with redacted format illustrations and added six private products with fixed regional offers and payment-verified delivery.

4 September 2026 - Relocation cluster. Added source-checked guides to residence, employment, family sponsorship, housing, schools, health insurance, tax, costs and the first month in Dubai, plus a browser-only budget planner.

3 September 2026 - Initial evidence edition. Created the source hierarchy, core tourist-visa summaries, GDRFA/ICP status routing and the privacy-first tool design. All initial visa claims are scheduled for review by 3 October 2026.
