First 30 days planner
Give each milestone the date you are working towards. The planner does not fetch government appointments or promise a timeline. Official steps stay on the authority or sponsor channel.
Milestones beat a fake daily schedule
An employer-sponsored employee, a family dependant and a self-sponsored resident can receive instructions in a different order. Medical appointments, identity steps and housing also move. Labelling every task “day three” creates false urgency or false reassurance.
Use dependencies. Residence and Emirates ID evidence may be needed for later services. Ejari can trigger the ordinary DEWA tenant move-in. A confirmed school can decide the home. Banking uses the bank’s own checks, not a visa stamp alone.
How to use the dates
Enter the date you are aiming for, not a date copied from a blog. If the sponsor has not given an appointment, leave the field blank and keep temporary housing. When a date slips, save the plan again so the emailed copy matches what you now believe.
Never paste a GDRFA or ICP reference into the label field. Use the status router to reach the official tracker, then enter identifiers only there.
What this lite planner leaves out
There is no cash calendar, no follow-up log and no place for every utility or licence task. The first 30 days guide explains the wider sequence. The First 30 Days Pack is the printable board when several people need the same milestones.
This tool does not issue residence, book medicals, open a bank account or activate DEWA. It only dates the work you already know you must do.
