Digital product refund policy

No change-of-mind refund after immediate delivery

Our products are digital content supplied online, not on a physical disc or other tangible medium. Checkout requires you to tick a box asking for immediate delivery and acknowledging that you lose the statutory cancellation right for that content once supply begins.

For UK distance contracts of this kind, the usual 14-day cooling-off cancellation right is lost once we start supplying the digital content if you gave that express consent and acknowledgement. Immediate supply begins after Stripe confirms payment and the online access and backup files are made available. After that, we do not refund because you changed your mind, no longer need the product or decided not to use it.

This is a statement of how we treat consented immediate supply. It does not remove remedies that cannot legally be excluded, such as online access or a file that is missing, faulty or not as described.

If access or a file is missing, corrupt or not as described

If the online workspace cannot be opened, or delivered files are missing, corrupt or materially different from the contents shown on the sales page, contact us within 14 days. We will restore working access, provide working files, correct the material difference or provide another remedy required by applicable law.

This product-fault remedy is separate from the change-of-mind position above. Working access and backup files that match the sales page are not a product fault.

What is not promised

• A visa application, approval, faster decision, entry or refund from a government/provider.
• A result from using a checklist or calculator.
• Compatibility with software not listed on the product page.

How consent is collected

Before Stripe Checkout starts, the product page requires a checkbox confirming that you request immediate supply of the online access and backup files, that you have read the refund policy, terms and privacy policy, and that you acknowledge you lose the statutory cancellation and change-of-mind right for that digital content once supply begins.

Stripe Checkout can also require acceptance of the published terms of service URL configured in the Stripe Dashboard.

Download links and corrected editions

The first download link is live for 72 hours or 5 downloads, whichever comes first. After that, or if the success page is lost, restore the current edition from the download recovery page using the checkout email. Corrected editions are the current generated files for the purchased product, available until 12 months after the purchase date recorded from Stripe.
