Digital product refund policy
We want every delivered product to match its sales page exactly. Statutory cancellation and refund rights depend on the seller’s and buyer’s location and will be implemented through the checkout provider.

Our file remedy
If delivered files are missing, corrupt or materially different from the contents shown on the sales page, contact us within 14 days. We will provide working files, correct the material difference or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
What is not promised
- A visa application, approval, faster decision, entry or refund from a government/provider.
- A result from using a checklist or calculator.
- Compatibility with software not listed on the product page.
Digital-content consent
Some jurisdictions require specific consent before immediate digital delivery affects a cancellation right. When sales are enabled, checkout will display the consent and acknowledgement required for the seller, buyer and delivery method. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
