Browser-only tools

My Visa Journey and checklist tools can store selections in your device’s local storage. That data remains in the browser unless you export it yourself. You can delete it with the tool’s Delete All control. Clearing browser data may also remove it.

• Do not enter passport numbers, Emirates IDs or full application references.
• Avoid using personal tracking on a shared device.
• Exports are your responsibility to store securely.

Website logs, analytics and ad measurement

Netlify processes standard security and access logs when it hosts the site. A first-party funnel counter records only four event names as anonymous daily totals: product view, checkout start, successful payment and successful download. Before you choose, we count visits and checkouts without cookies, using a temporary in-memory ID that is gone when you leave the page. If you decline, we stop. Cookies for measurement and advertising, including Google Ads, load only if you accept. When you accept, PostHog receives pageviews, named product events, exception reports and session recordings of product and checkout pages in the EU, and Google Ads receives campaign attribution and a purchase conversion. The Google tag (gtag.js) is loaded from Google domains (including googletagmanager.com, googleadservices.com, google.com and doubleclick.net) only after that choice. Consented Google click and campaign identifiers can be attached to the Stripe checkout as metadata so a completed purchase can be attributed to the ad that led to it. These client events do not include form contents, identity-document fields, application references, emails or payment-card data. Session recordings mask typed input. You can use essentials only from the on-page choice. The first-party funnel counter does not use marketing cookies.

Product waitlist

The optional product waitlist sends the email address, product-interest label and consent field to Netlify Forms. A hashed copy of the email may also be stored so the owner can export the list if form forwarding fails. We use it for the requested availability message and material product updates. Waitlist details are retained only while the list is active or until consent is withdrawn. You can unsubscribe by emailing the privacy contact or by using the unsubscribe method in a later availability message. Do not put visa details in the email field.

Tool result emails

Some free tools let you email yourself a one-off copy of the on-page summary. The request sends only the email address, the tool name and the short summary lines you generated. We use those lines to write the message and do not keep the planning figures after sending. The sending provider (AgentMail, when configured) retains ordinary delivery logs under its own terms. This is a transactional copy of a result you asked for, not a newsletter signup.

If you also tick the optional tips box, we store a hash of the email address, the tool name and the consent time so we can send occasional product or planning emails later. That hashed record is kept for at most 24 months, or until you withdraw consent by emailing the privacy contact. We do not add tracking pixels to these messages and we do not ask for passport, Emirates ID or application data.

Regional price preference

Netlify can use the country associated with a request to suggest GBP in the United Kingdom, EUR in Europe, or USD in the United States and elsewhere. We do not use location to determine visa eligibility or redirect you to different guidance. If you choose a currency, the browser stores that currency code locally so it can be reused on another product page. You can change it at any time or remove it by clearing site data.

Purchases and fulfilment

When sales are available, checkout and payment are hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes payment and buyer details under its own privacy terms and sends receipts from Stripe. Dubai Visa Process stores a fulfilment record containing the product code, purchase date, entitlement end date, current product version, Stripe session identifier and a hash of the checkout email. That record is used to release the ZIP, restore downloads and honour 12 months of corrected editions. It is not a visa file and must not contain passport, Emirates ID or application-reference data.

Online workspace accounts

After a Move Planner Pro or Complete Relocation Bundle purchase, you can request a one-time sign-in link and six-digit code at the purchase email. AgentMail sends that transactional message from hello@dubaivisaprocess.com. We store a hashed sign-in challenge, a signed session cookie on your device, and a link from the hashed email to the existing fulfilment record. Sessions last 30 days unless you sign out. We do not set a password and we do not collect passport, Emirates ID or bank details for this account.

Move Planner workspace storage

If you open the entitled /app workspace, we store the six-module plan JSON against a hash of the checkout email. That record covers household planning answers, task status and dated source notes. It is used to restore the plan on a later visit. We refuse passport numbers, Emirates IDs, IBANs and similar account numbers. The record is kept while the entitlement is active, or until you email the privacy contact to delete it. Official applications stay on GDRFA, ICP or the sponsor channel; we do not scrape those systems.

Official links

When you open GDRFA, ICP or another third-party service, its privacy policy applies. We do not receive the identifiers you enter there.

Netlify Forms submissions can also be deleted from the Netlify dashboard by the site owner.
