Digital product licence
A purchase grants the buyer a non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files for the buyer’s own household travel and relocation planning. Files may not be resold, shared publicly, repackaged as a visa or relocation service or used to imply government endorsement.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the service is provided without a promise of visa outcome, travel outcome or uninterrupted availability. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to a buyer remain unaffected.

Dubai Visa Process offers digital products under this trading name through dubaivisaprocess.com. No sale is offered while a product page displays an availability list instead of a checkout button.
