These plain-language terms govern use of the site, its browser tools and any digital products offered through Dubai Visa Process.

Information service
The site supplies general information and organisation aids, not government, legal, immigration or application services. You remain responsible for checking official requirements and the accuracy of information you submit elsewhere.
Tool use
Browser tools are provided as planning aids and may be changed or withdrawn. Do not enter highly sensitive identifiers. We do not warrant that a calculation reflects the authority’s record.
Digital product licence
A purchase grants the buyer a non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files for the buyer’s own household travel and relocation planning. Files may not be resold, shared publicly, repackaged as a visa or relocation service or used to imply government endorsement. Purchase also includes 12 months of corrected editions of the same product, delivered through the download recovery page or a later availability message if an email sender is configured. An active Move Planner Pro or Complete Relocation Bundle entitlement also unlocks the online workspace at /app after the buyer signs in with the checkout email.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies if digital content is faulty or not as described. The refund policy explains that there is no change-of-mind or cooling-off refund after immediate digital delivery has begun, once you have given the required checkout consent. Subject to that, the service is provided without a promise of visa outcome, travel outcome or uninterrupted availability.
