UAE Green visa
Green residence is a self-sponsored route for specified skilled employees, freelancers and self-employed people who meet the current official conditions.
Self-sponsored does not mean condition-free
The applicant must fit a published category and supply its employment, qualification, occupational, salary, freelance or licensing evidence. The ordinary employee route remains employer-sponsored.
Work and licensing remain separate
Residence does not remove the work permit or business-licensing rules that apply to the actual activity. Confirm both sides of the plan.
