UAE Golden visa
The Golden visa is renewable long-term residence for specified categories. It is not one identical investor product and it is not permanent residence or citizenship.
Several categories
The official framework includes investors, entrepreneurs, scientists and specialists, talents, students and graduates, humanitarian pioneers, frontline heroes and other specified groups. Evidence and nomination routes differ.
Published features
The UAE Government describes five- or ten-year renewable residence, self-sponsorship, family benefits and flexibility for time outside the UAE, subject to the category and current rules.
