Ejari
Ejari is Dubai Land Department's system for registering tenancy contracts. The resulting certificate records the tenancy for connected Dubai processes.
What it records
Dubai Land Department's service registers or renews a Dubai tenancy contract and issues an e-contract registration certificate. Channels, documents and service charges are shown on the live service page.
Why it appears in move-in
DEWA's ordinary tenant move-in is integrated with Ejari, with separate arrangements for qualifying free-zone premises and exemptions.
It does not replace due diligence
