Single-entry vs multiple-entry Dubai tourist visa
The difference is the number of permitted entries - not simply the length of the trip. Choose from your actual border movements, then confirm the exact product and provider conditions.

Map the itinerary before buying
- Write every planned UAE entry and exit in order.
- Treat a side trip that crosses immigration as an exit even if the overall holiday continues.
- Compare the number of entries with the exact product wording.
- Check whether the permission will still be valid on each planned re-entry.
- Ask the provider to confirm the route in writing before payment.
Why a more expensive product is not automatically safer
Multiple entry solves a specific itinerary problem. It does not provide a longer stay than the recorded conditions, guarantee boarding or approval, or replace an extension when one is required.
Conversely, choosing single entry only to save money can be costly if the traveller leaves for a regional trip and needs new permission to return. The correct decision follows the movements, not the headline price.
Questions to put to the provider
- Does each arrival count as a new entry under this exact product?
- What are the last date to enter and the permitted stay after entry?
- Are government fee, VAT, insurance, service fee and any guarantee itemised?
- What happens if the itinerary changes before issuance?
- Which authority will issue the permission and where will status be checked?
