Costs and fees
Dubai visa cost: understand every part of the price
There is no single Dubai visa price. The total depends on visa type, entries, duration, applicant location and provider. Always request an itemised quote and distinguish a refundable guarantee from a non-refundable fee.
This page does not cover: a live quote or a price promise from an airline, hotel, agent, ICP or other visa category.

GDRFA itself warns that totals may increase or decrease depending on the sponsored person’s circumstances or other reasons. Provider charges are separate from the government examples above.
The six price buckets
- Government application or issuance fee.
- VAT and small knowledge/innovation levies where listed.
- Commercial provider or processing charge.
- Insurance and travel-booking cost.
- Refundable guarantee/deposit and the cost of returning it.
- Inside-UAE, extension, amendment, urgent or other case-specific charges.
How to compare quotes
- Confirm the exact visa type, duration and number of entries.
- Ask whether the quote is all-inclusive and request each component in writing.
- Mark which payments are refundable, conditionally refundable or non-refundable.
- Check whether flights, hotel, insurance or sponsorship are bundled or mandatory.
- Verify the provider and do not transfer money solely because a social account displays a government logo.
- Save the quote, terms, receipt and promised delivery channel.
Price is not approval
A higher fee does not guarantee approval, and an advertised low price may omit provider charges or conditions. Treat “guaranteed visa” and unexplained urgent surcharges as warning signs. The authority decides the application; a commercial provider cannot remove that discretion.
