GDRFA Dubai
GDRFA Dubai is the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai. Its official site provides Dubai entry, visa and residence services and a Dubai application-status route.
When the distinction matters
The UAE Government’s tracking guidance sends Dubai applications to GDRFA and applications/validity for the other six emirates to ICP. If a record cannot be found, confirm which authority issued or received the application before assuming it failed.
Always use a verified `gdrfad.gov.ae` page. Commercial sites can explain a GDRFA service but cannot make their own result an official immigration record.
What to verify on a service page
- Exact service name and applicant scope.
- Required documents and sponsor/provider role.
- Each fee component and possible variation.
- Conditions, expected completion time and availability channel.
- Related extension, renewal or cancellation service.
