Visa application reference
An application reference links a query to a submitted file or provider order. Its format and tracker depend on who received the application.
Ask for the authority as well as the number
A number without the issuer can lead to the wrong tracker. Ask the airline, agent, sponsor or authority whether the file is with GDRFA Dubai or ICP, and whether its own order number differs from the official reference.
Treat it as private
- Do not publish it in forums or screenshots.
- Enter it only on the verified authority/provider domain.
- Mask all but the last few characters in personal notes.
- Do not send it to this information site.
- Keep the submission receipt that explains its type.
No result found
A missing result can mean the wrong authority, wrong reference type, entry error or timing issue. Confirm the issuer and ask the submitting provider before concluding that no file exists.
